DC Man Picks Up, Slams Dog On Pavement In Disturbing Ring Video (Graphic)

Authorities are looking for a person behind several malicious attacks on a dog that were caught on camera in Southeast Washington DC, WUSA9 reports.

Multiple Ring videos show the disturbing incidents with one that happened on Pomeroy Road SE, the outlet reports.

Another person who commented on this Tweet left a link to another video of the same suspect dragging the dog and then picking it up and slamming it on the ground. That video can be viewed here.

"I’m not sure who’s the owner I pray he’s not the owner," the person who uploaded the video said. "I wasn’t to sure who or what to send this to but it woke me out of me sleep. I pray the puppy is ok and somebody find who he is."

The Humane Rescue Alliance has been made aware of the situation and is working with law enforcement to investigate, WUSA9 reports. Anyone with information is asked to call 202-723-5730.
